Who we are

Spirale Argentée is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at contact@spiraleargentee.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you send us yourself through the contact form, that is your email address and your message. We use it solely to reply to you and we never sell it.

Our lawful basis

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation we rely on your consent, given by ticking the box on the contact form (Article 6(1)(a)), and on our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive (Article 6(1)(f)). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.

Service providers

Messages sent through the form pass through a Google service (Google Apps Script) and are stored in a private spreadsheet. The site is hosted by Cloudflare and loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is seen by these providers. They may process data outside the United Kingdom; where they do, the transfer relies on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or approved contract clauses. Their own policies are available at policies.google.com and cloudflare.com.

Cookies

We set no advertising or analytics cookies. Our host may set strictly necessary security cookies, which the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) allow without consent.

How long we keep it

Contact form data is kept for as long as it takes to deal with your message, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access it, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@spiraleargentee.com.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
